By submitting an Order to Air Pellets Direct you represent to us that you are over 18 years old and you comply with Section 21 of the Firearms act 1968 ( as below )
Prohibits the possession of a firearm and ammunition (under any circumstances), by any person who has been convicted of a crime and sentenced to a term of imprisonment (or its equivalent for young persons) of 3 months or more. The prohibition applies in all circumstances, including handling and firing at an approved shooting club or at a clay pigeon shoot where a certificate is not ordinarily required. It also applies to the possession or use of other categories of firearms and ammunition such as AIRGUNS or shot gun cartridges for which a certificate is not needed.
A sentence of 3 months to 3 years attracts a 5 year prohibition, a sentence of greater than 3 years attracts a life time prohibition.

All stock on the web site is subject to being in stock, as the site is not a live ordering system and we do run out now and then.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
We reserve the right to cancel any order as we see fit, but we shall give notice to why
We are not responsible for late delivery's that may of happened once the parcel has left us as we will try and get the parcel out to you as fast as we can.
If you fail to respond to cards or any communication from Parcel Force and the parcel is returned to us via the carrier.
We will refund the cost of the good minus an administration charge of £10.00
All Parcels Will need to be signed for by someone over 18.
Please be aware we do from time to time pack goods inside other goods, please always look inside other boxes like starter kits, or equipment if you can't find missing items We do this to reduce damages and save space
Air pellets direct do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

We process your order as soon as we can. We will normally send your order to you within 2 business days.
For orders made from the UK, 20.0% VAT is added.
Guarantee / Damages
If a item is damaged, please inform us within 48 Hours of receipt the order
Products sent to 3rd party agencies i.e Freight Forwarders it is the Forwarders responsibility to check the products are not damaged, before forwarding it on. If these products are illegal to be Forwarded on This is not our responsibility but the Forwarders responsibility, WE only send to the UK.

Please report non-delivery after 10 days of placing the order and IT MUST BE before 30 days. IF over 30 days there is nothing we can do to find your parcel, refund for the goods, or anything, it is down to you to let us know of a problem
If the goods are faulty the goods will be replaced free of charge or for a full refund if sent back within 30 days of you receiving the goods.
If the goods are ordered in error we will refund the goods in full but we can not refund the carriage if sent back within 30 days of you receiving the goods.
Complaints are handled on a one to one basis by phone or e-mail, even by post if a reply is not urgent and we will try and come to a satisfactory conclusion within 3 days of the complaint, all complaints will remain confidential and fair.
If you no longer require the goods that you have ordered you can return them within 14 working days, that begin on the day after you have received the goods. We can not refund the cost of the postage. This is your right to a cooling off period. We will refund Your Money within 30 days of us receiving the goods. Please when sending the goods back get a Proof of posting or even insure the goods in case it gets lost.
